Rent is $1995 per month, with a $1000 security deposit. Lease can be for one or two years. House would make an excellent Executive Rental home. There is a community pool.
This house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It has
an excellent floor plan in a terrific neighborhood. The house is three
doors from a bridge that leads to a
community dock, gazebo, picnic tables and BBQ. The lake is filled with Florida
wildlife -- 120 species of wildlife - birds and jumping fish and alligators -- and the location is so
lovely that we bought the house on the spot!
We bought this house to keep as a long term rental, with the idea of moving
there when we retire (we're in our early 40's and live in California with our
four kids, ages 10-17, so we won't be retiring for SOME TIME). We hope to rent
it out without using a Property Management Company. We are Realtors/Real Estate
Brokers in California, so we have all of the rental applications and lease
contracts. But enough about us!

And here are photos of the bridge, dock, lake, gazebo, etc. The entrance to the dock is one house over. Sitting on that dock is so wonderful -- it's your daily moment of Zen -- the sounds of the crickets and birds and flying fish and waves lapping -- it's just incredibly peaceful. And if you're too lazy to walk a few feet to the dock, the sunsets viewed from the large balcony are fabulous.
*We've been told that Lake Apopka was once the best bass fishing lake in the world, but the lake was damaged by farming and algae bloom. The lake is being restored by the state and private groups.

restoration process, here's a link to the Friends of Lake Apopka
